Russias national telecom operator AAS Rostelekom “in cooperation with Latvias main electronic services providers” GE Money “has been put into service a new commercial high-speed optical communication line (OSL) Russia – Vietnam, which has an optical communication line Kingisepa – play – Pskov – Smolensk – Moscow building second round.
