Canon EOS 500D DSLR – 50D sensor and Full-HD video shooting only for 900 U.S. dollars

Canon rocked photographers and enthusiasts community in presenting 5D Mark II Digital Camera, but we anticipate that the new EOS 500D will cause an even greater stir. Although the new camera is already obsolete as a budget class model alternate 450D, Canon has put his latest product equipped with high quality sensors and a lot of useful functions.

Only 900 U.S. dollars expensive camera can be proud of the 15.1 megapixels sensor, such a sensor is in expensive 50D model. ISO rate is adjustable up to 12 `800. One of the interesting features Canon 500D has 1080p video hosting option, which makes this camera much like expensive 5D Mark II.

The Canon 500D Video 1080p resolution can be taken with 20 frames per second, 720p is already to 30 frames. While the 5D Mark II, the highest resolution possible to shoot a film with 30 frames per second, but both the video camera quality differences practically not visible.

Also, the new Canon camera can boast DIGIC 4 imaging processor, the nine-point autocokuss systems and 3-inch display (exactly the same display is a Canon 5D Mark II). As always, this device is equipped with an integrated sensor-cleaning mechanism. Images and video can save to SD and SDHC memory card.
