Kia presents his first production hybrid Forte LPI

Kia in his homeland South Korea presented its first production hybrid Kia Forte LPI. Compact sedan equipped with a 114 horsepower 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine, which is operated by LPG gas, and the electric motor, feeding on lithium-polymer batteries. The manufacturer promises that the CVT steplessly automatic transmissions will not exceed the average consumption of 4.7 liters of gas per 100 kilometers.

It should be noted that Kia vehicles are the worlds first series cars, which use advanced Lithium-polymer batteries, and that they will be used in the new Sonata hybrid, which promises to come to trade in the coming year.
