Laptop news: Acer presents Aspire TimelineX 1830T

Acers TimelineX range now have their new little brother – 1830T. Instead of his predecessors. this laptop is equipped with Intels Core i5-520UM, wich has a basic clock speed of 1.06GHz, but turbo mode boosts it up to 1. 86GHz. Awesome, but Acer promises battery life up to 8 hours.

Latest Acers ultraportable laptop is runs on 11.6 inch screen chassis with a resolution 1366×768 pixels. The keyboard is full sized. Intel`s HM55 chipset uses integrated graphics with a 500MHz core, which can dynamically downclock to 166Mhz. We dont know amount of memory, but there fits 2 modules.

Choice of ports and connectivity include HDMI, S/PDIF, gigabit ethernet, WiFi b/g/n, a multi card reader and three USB 2.0, while 3G and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR are optional. We dont know pricing, but the new TimelineX laptop will reach stores later in March.
