Sony Vaio made by Acer?!

Surprisingly, but the deputy president of Sonys VAIO Business Group, Ryosuke Akahane revealed that Vaio laptops now will be in two divisions. In first of them will be the standard VAIOs designed and built by Sony. But the second one..

…second division will relay on laptops made by other manufacturers. Seems a bit strange, but Akahane says, that the “Notsony” Vaios will have “the same taste and style of Vaio”.

At least Vaios made by other manufacturers may be a lot cheaper than the real thing.
