Finally Dev-Team has released long waited unlock for iPhone 4. All you have to do is install 1.0-1 ultrasnow which you can find in Cydia.

If you can’t find ultrasnow try to add repo666.ultrasnow.com repo. This ultrasnow can unlock iPhone 4 01.59 baseband, as well as 3G and 3GS 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.12.01, 05.13.04 basebands. Your phone needs to be jailbroken!
