Palm CEO has confirmed that Pre will not be the only smartphone with WebOS operating system

Palm CEO has confirmed information that the intriguing Pre Palm will not be the only smartphone with the WebOS mobile operating system. WebOS operating system is similar to Mac OS operating system which is installed in Apples iPhone mobile handset, but it has extended features (of course, not counting third-party solutions, which are available on Apples AppStore virtual software store).

Of course, such a move from Palm parties had expected, but now it finally has the official approval. This, apparently, is related to a financial quarter, Palms failure – if the company suffers losses, then it is better to investors and analysts argue that it does not require all the eggs in one basket.

Palm planning to offer a wide WebOS smart operating system product line, but still took the refuse to give details about when it really is expected, the first model, (Pre) long-awaited debut.
